Training Programs

Psychological First Aid is an evidence-informed approach designed to help mitigate the negative impact of a crisis, disaster, or emergency on an individual. Considered the treatment of choice in dealing with the aftermath of crises, PFA has been the primary approach used by professionals and non-professionals as it is humane, non-intrusive, supportive, and practical. This introductory training will focus on how to conduct Psychological First Aid in the Workplace. Designed for non-mental health professionals, this offers practical approaches that anyone in the company can use to help their colleagues deal with emergencies.

Dr Renz Argao

Internationally-certified expert in psychological trauma and a licensed psychologist and psychometrician. He hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Santo Tomas.

Dan Paolo Yema

A licensed psychologist with years of practice in clinical psychology. He is a PhD Psychology candidate at the Chinese University of HongKong.

Novee Mae Pabon

A licensed psychologist who is based in General Santos City, she has years of experience in clinical psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

Dr. Raymond John Naguit

A licensed nurse and medical doctor, RJ is currently a Chevening Scholar at the The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
