As a Workplace Mental Health Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Argao Psych’s workplace mental health programs. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful client relationships, ensuring smooth program implementation, and helping organizations take better care of their people.
What you will be doing:
🧑🏼💼 Assist in onboarding new clients and orienting HR focal person on our mental health programs and tools
🏢 Coordinate mental health programs and services for our partner organizations (trainings, employee assistance programs, wellness surveys, policy reviews, etc.)
🤝 Engage with clients to ensure smooth implementation of workplace mental health programs, feedback gathering, and sustained partnership.
🗂️ Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and presentations related to workplace mental health projects.
📱 Liaise with Argao Psych’s clinical and support teams to align on program timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.

The Mental Health Clinician (MHC) conducts intake assessments and consultations for a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present mental health concerns and personal or work-related problems or issues. The Mental Health Clinician also assists clients with their concerns through psychological or emotional first aid, brief psychosocial support, and psychoeducation. The Mental Health Clinician also advocates for mental health services by orienting and educating the clients and their families of the services of the Clinic and referring and facilitating their engagement of the various psychological services.
