The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, documentation, and operational support to the Office of the President. The role helps maintain the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by assisting with records management, scheduling support, document preparation, coordination, logistical arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Office of the President by ensuring that office processes are organized, documents are properly filed, routine communications are handled efficiently, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, coordination, and executive support to the President. The role ensures that the Office of the President operates efficiently by managing schedules, communications, documents, meetings, follow-through tasks, and confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

The Executive Assistant serves as a key support person in organizing the President’s priorities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing correspondence and reports, monitoring action items, and ensuring that commitments, deadlines, and executive decisions are properly documented and followed through.

As a Workplace Mental Health Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Argao Psych’s workplace mental health programs. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful client relationships, ensuring smooth program implementation, and helping organizations take better care of their people.

 

What you will be doing:
🧑🏼‍💼 Assist in onboarding new clients and orienting HR focal person on our mental health programs and tools
🏢 Coordinate mental health programs and services for our partner organizations (trainings, employee assistance programs, wellness surveys, policy reviews, etc.)
🤝 Engage with clients to ensure smooth implementation of workplace mental health programs, feedback gathering, and sustained partnership.
🗂️ Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and presentations related to workplace mental health projects.
📱 Liaise with Argao Psych’s clinical and support teams to align on program timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or workplace wellness programs (internships count!).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

 

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Able to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Comfort in public speaking and engaging with professionals and corporate clients.
  • Passionate about mental health and client care
  • Can work independently or with a team

The Mental Health Clinician (MHC) conducts intake assessments and consultations for a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present mental health concerns and personal or work-related problems or issues. The Mental Health Clinician also assists clients with their concerns through psychological or emotional first aid, brief psychosocial support, and psychoeducation. The Mental Health Clinician also advocates for mental health services by orienting and educating the clients and their families of the services of the Clinic and referring and facilitating their engagement of the various psychological services. They work in direct supervision with the Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists in the Clinic.
