The Client Relations Assistant (Clinic Assistant) is the frontline representative of Argao Psych, ensuring a warm, organized, and seamless experience for all clients. This role supports clinic operations through client reception, scheduling, coordination with clinical providers, and administrative tasks that uphold Argao Psych’s standard of compassionate, reliable, and professional mental health care.

Minimum Qualifications

– College Graduate

– Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.

– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

– Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar), Office Applications, and Web-based applications.

– Experience in customer service or clinic operations is an advantage.

We are building our Growth Office and are looking for a Growth & Community Engagement Assistant who can support digital marketing execution and manage first-touch client and community interactions in a professional, empathetic, and structured way.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning and organizing social media and content calendars
Help draft or coordinate basic marketing materials (posts, captions, email drafts)
Support simple campaign execution (Meta, Google, LinkedIn; training provided)
Track basic performance metrics (inquiries, leads, engagement)
Assist in preparing simple summaries or reports for internal reviews

 

Community Engagement & Client Relations
Respond to general inquiries, comments, and messages across official channels (social media, email, website inquiries)
Provide clear, approved information about services, processes, pricing ranges (when applicable), and next steps
Guide inquiries toward appropriate actions (booking, email inquiry, training registration, referrals)
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and ethical brand voice in all interactions
Apply escalation protocols for sensitive, urgent, or clinical concerns

 

Growth Operations & Administrative Support
Help manage CRM or lead trackers and ensure data accuracy
Log inquiries and monitor follow-up status
Coordinate with clinicians, admin staff, designers, or external partners when needed
Organize marketing files, templates, and documentation
Assist in documenting workflows and SOPs to support scaling

Minimum Qualifications

Required

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, content, ads, funnels)
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Docs/Sheets and Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written communication skills (English; Filipino/Taglish is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn systems and follow structured workflows

In this role, the Psychiatrist provides services through online consultations and/or hybrid arrangements, supporting clients who may benefit from medical oversight alongside psychological intervention. The role emphasizes responsible prescribing, careful monitoring of treatment response, and clear communication with both clients and the multidisciplinary care team.
