What is the Kayap Membership? The Kayap Membership is an exclusive program offering discounts on psychotherapy and assessment services, plus premium access to our web app features such as mood charts, mental health check tests, and a comprehensive resource library. The membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.

 

How do I enroll in the Kayap Membership? You can enroll in the Kayap Membership through our webapp. Just click the upgrade button and complete the payment process to activate your membership.

 

How much does the Kayap Membership cost? Kayap Essentials is FREE, while Kayap Essentials Plus is P2,400.

 

What benefits do I get with the Kayap Membership?

  – Discounts: Receive a specified percentage discount on psychotherapy and assessment services.

  – Web App Features: Premium access to features like mood charts, mental health check tests, and a resource library.

 

How do I access my benefits? Upon activation, you will receive a digital membership card and a unique membership code. Present your digital card and unique code when booking services to receive your discounts. Use your unique code to unlock premium features on our web app.

 

How long is the Kayap Membership valid? The membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.

 

Can I combine my Kayap Membership discount with other discounts or promotions? No, the discounts provided under the Kayap Membership cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions, including government-mandated discounts.

 

How do I renew my membership? You will receive a renewal notification 30 days prior to the expiration of your membership. You can renew your membership online, at the clinic, or via phone by completing the renewal payment.

 

What happens if I lose my digital membership card. If you lose your digital membership card or forget your unique code, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you in retrieving your card.

 

Can I share my membership benefits with others? No, the membership benefits are exclusive to the member and should not be shared with non-members.

Can I cancel my membership and get a refund? Members may cancel their membership within 30 days of activation for a full refund, provided no services or benefits have been utilized. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the activation date or if any services/benefits have been utilized.
