Our flagship clinic — the largest private outpatient mental health center in Central Luzon — providing in-person psychological services to individuals, families, and partner institutions in Central Luzon.

The Client Relations Assistant (Clinic Assistant) is the frontline representative of Argao Psych, ensuring a warm, organized, and seamless experience for all clients. This role supports clinic operations through client reception, scheduling, coordination with clinical providers, and administrative tasks that uphold Argao Psych’s standard of compassionate, reliable, and professional mental health care.

Work Details

Minimum Qualifications

– College Graduate

– Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.

– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar), Office Applications, and Web-based applications.

– Experience in customer service or clinic operations is an advantage.

– Willing to work onsite in San Fernando, Pampanga.

The Psychiatrist is a medical doctor specializing in the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Within Argao Psych, the Psychiatrist plays a vital role in providing medically informed psychiatric care, working collaboratively with psychologists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and ethical treatment for clients. In this role, the Psychiatrist provides services through online consultations and/or hybrid arrangements, supporting clients who may benefit from medical oversight alongside psychological intervention. The role emphasizes responsible prescribing, careful monitoring of treatment response, and clear communication with both clients and the multidisciplinary care team.
